I can't bring myself to even put one star on this organization. Two years ago when I worked with Rob, I was treated fairly, but over the past year, it seemed as though the service has dropped off considerably. I can't get anyone to return my calls or emails, and now it seems as though my policies could have been setup better to save me money. When I compare to three other Insurance companies, my costs are doubled here. Sorry. But I am going to go elsewhere.
The team at this office for State Farm has been outstanding. They do a great job of efficiently handling any and all request. I handle everything over the phone and the team here is always great to deal with. Most recently I dealt with Shelley and she did a great job following up and getting me all the answers that I needed.
