Great cabins and very clean. I have come two years in a row and will definitely come back again. Thank Maryland State Parks for an awesome experience.
Very nice space for relaxing lake activities. Clean, quiet beach and good canoe/kayak rentals.
This park with cabin rentals through the DNR is truly a Maryland gem. Our second visit in 6 months. The cabins are very clean and well cared for. They're far enough apart to allow privacy. We have been in May and October. No cell phone service - but that is actually part of the enjoyment of staying there. Traders Coffee House is approximately 15 minutes away to allow you a WiFi fix. Will most definitely return again in the near future!
Excellent for little kids to swim and play while at deep creek.
We had a great stay at the park. The only issue was with trying to take a shower that did not alternate between too hot and too cold. No internet and spotty phone service, not a problem.
