awful customer service. the woman who works there is so rude and i would rather drive out of my way to a morgantown pet store than have to deal with her unwarranted attitude. used to enjoy going there but not anymore. not even 1/2 a star.
Sold my boyfriend a sick bearded dragon. I called the next day and she made no effort to hear me out. Immediately went on the defense and said I hurt the dragon within four hours of having it. No, I had more than enough evidence, it wasn't properly taken care of. She pushed that dragon onto my boyfri3nd because she knew it was sick and my bf didnt know any better. She cussed me and yelled and was the most unprofessional and rude woman I've ever met. I went in with the intentions of talking through things and she immediately started to cuss me and scream while there were children inside the store. Would never recommend to anyone
This place has everything you need for any type of pet you may have! The owner and employees are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you have.
Yes it's not the friendliest place around but if you got pets like reptiles and other exotic pets than this is the only place around that can meet their needs.
The owner was extremely rude. Used to be a regular customer. Never going back again. Don't recommend this place if you're looking for nice customer service.
